Refunds & cancellations
One rule, applied automatically: cancel seven days before a placement starts and the full amount comes back.
Draft for the preview release. Final service terms will be confirmed before accounts, publishing, and paid checkout open.
01The refund window
A rail card or featured launch week can be cancelled for a full refund up to seven days before its first booked week begins. Weeks start on Monday at 00:00 UTC, so the deadline is the Monday one week before that, at 00:00 UTC. Your orders page shows the exact deadline for each booking and offers the cancel button until it passes.
Inside those seven days the booking is committed and non-refundable. That includes bookings made less than seven days before their start — the checkout says so before you pay — and any placement that is running or has finished.
02How to cancel
Open Orders in your dashboard and choose Cancel & refund on the booking. The weeks go back on sale immediately and the refund is requested with the payment provider in the same step. There is nothing to email us about; the order shows Refund in progress and then Refunded.
Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with. Most arrive within a few days; some banks take up to ten business days to show them.
03If we cannot deliver
If a week you paid for cannot run — for example because it sold out between your checkout starting and your payment completing, or the site was down for a material part of the week — you receive a full refund for that week without asking. The sold-out case is handled automatically; for anything else, contact us with the order reference.
04Featured launch weeks
A featured week is tied to a launch's own launch date, so it cannot be moved to a different week. It follows the same seven-day rule as a rail card. Changing the launch date after booking does not move the featured week.
06Duplicate or unrecognised payments
Report a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge with the order references and we will look at it the same day. Receipts and invoices come from Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so a charge from them is a Cravelin booking. If you do not recognise a charge at all, also contact your payment provider through its official support channel.
07Products listed on Cravelin
Purchases made from a listed product's own website are handled by that product's seller. Contact the seller directly about its refunds, subscriptions or cancellations — Cravelin has no part in those transactions.
